Inferences of sonnet structure based on the prologue

The rhyming pattern of a sonnet is ABAB CDCD EFF GHH. In this sonnet you can see that the four first lines are in a rhyming pattern, and so are the next four. Then the next three are in a rhyming pattern and the next three. Each line has the same number of syllables, in this instance it is 11 but the minimum is 8. In the time that the play was written a sonnet must have been a popular poem type as Shakespeare has use it here.
